The Hedge fleet card is powered by Comdata and accepted at over 12,000 fuel & maintenance centers throughout the continental United States. Hedge members have access to a vast purchasing network and see leading point-of-sale discounts on fuel, tires and more.

Hedge is determined to bring our members the lowest fee-structure in the industry. We offer NO transaction fees at in-network locations and there is no commitment or minimums required. There’s no setup or enrollment fee and Hedge will never charge an annual fee for membership. If you don’t see the benefit of our network, no problem – cancel your membership at any time without penalties.

The Hedge fleet card is a highly customizable fuel card that operates on the Comdata payment network, the original fuel card provider. With our card, fleets see real-time diesel discounts at 540+ in-network locations and the retail cash price everywhere else. Set cash advances, send ad-hoc cash to drivers and purchase 25+ other products including scales, tolls and more. Working with your Hedge Account Manager, we can set up a purchasing profile specific to your business.

myHedge is a proprietary online management tool that provides Hedge member fleets insights into their OTR spend and purchasing behavior. The application is free to use for all member fleets and can be used to drive profitability, identify problem areas, and gain operational efficiencies. It’s secure and easy to use, available on PC, Mac and mobile.

Hedge members are provided complimentary access to Comdata’s iConnectData website to manage their cards 24×7. Login to the secure website on a PC, Mac or mobile and make real-time updates to your card inventory. In addition, members also have access to the myHedge web app to request account modifications, limit increases, new card orders and more. Your Hedge Account Manager will train you on these resources and a dedicated servicing team is always available to assist with other needs.

Each Hedge member fleet will automatically receive reporting during invoice periods in both an extended and consolidated view.  We also provide next-day pricing emails to all fleets showing you the next-day member price at in-network fueling locations.  We also provide access to our proprietary business intelligence reporting system.  Together with your Hedge Account Manager, we will ensure you have all the data needed to meet your goals.
